I've been buying a bit on the net recently while it's quiet and got four orders delivered today. They were all hardcovers and all bought via abe, of the four two sellers took the trouble to let me know they had posted the order, three sellers put a receipt in, three of them were posted in horrible and inadequate packaging, the worst being a sliver of third hand bubblewrap in a manilla envelope. Only one was packed properly to withstand Royal Mail's worst and only one seller put promotional stuff in to let me know who they were and what they specialise in. The one seller who did it all right( imo) , told me it was coming, put a receipt in, packed it properly and put some promo stuff in was................
